IV. Degree in a four-year bachelor program in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,  Electrical- Electronics Engineering, Electronic, and Communication Engineering programs

V. Degree in a four-year bachelor program in City and Regional Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Economics, Public Administration and Political Science, Sociology and similar programs

XII. Degree in a four-year bachelor program in Mathematics, Mathematics and Computer Science, and all engineering programs

XIII. Degree in a four-year bachelor program in all departments of Engineering for thesis program and any four-year bachelor program for non-thesis program 

 

(**) Foreign language is not required for Master’s programs in Turkish but it is a prerequisite for Master’s programs in English, and Ph.D. programs. Minimum required scores for English are in terms of YDS exam. Equivalent scores from following exams are also acceptable: YÖKDİL, TOEFL, UDS, TOEFL IBT, CAE, CPE, and PEARSON PTE Academic. The English proficiency exam held by Çankaya University is also accepted for Master’s programs and Çankaya Graduates from undergraduate programs in English are exempt from English requirement.

Documents to be uploaded:

1-         Official transcript (undergraduate transcript for Master’s, both undergraduate and master’s transcripts for Ph.D. programs)

2-         GRE result certificate (GRE exam is valid for 5 years. certificates after December 14, 2015 will be considered).

3-         English exam result certificate (valid for 5 years, certificates after December 14, 2015 will be considered. There is no time limitation for Turkish Ph.D. programs).

4-         The bank receipt of application fee of 145 $ that must be paid to the following bank account: Vakıfbank Meşrutiyet Branch TR 2800 0150 0158 0072 6042 9262.

5-         CV, letter of intent and two reference letters for all Ph.D. (to be submitted during interview)
